When a Lupus or Sjogren's patient gets pregnant or tries to get pregnant, there are several challenges. Conception is an issue which your Obstetrics has to evaluate and deal with. Below are listed factors that contribute to the ability to conceive in a patient with either of these conditions.

Hello everyone I Franny, joy and my beautiful daughter Adriel presently residing in Canada for the last 3 years. I was expecting this when we're migrated to Canada in July 2018.
Before we came to Canada we were hopeless the reason behind this is that we lost our two precious babies.
I don't know the medical term for that but when I conceive my two babies in the fifth month of my pregnancies some antibodies attack my babies heartbeats. The result comes and babies are effected with a slow heart rate. We met famous Gynaecologists, heart Pediatrics, Genetics and Rheumatologist. But all of them were given hopeless answers.
Then finally one of our close friends mentioned Apollo Cradle Hospital in Amritsar. There is a very experienced Dr. Nira Kirpal why don't go consult with her. We both husband and wife made our minds and met with Dr. Nira Kirpal from there she motivated us to go for baby one more time. She did some tests and the reports were normal. Then in the same hospital, we came across Dr.Aradhana Bhalla she is a radiologist. She has also given us very good hope. But both doctor's were knowing what the problem is. Suddenly Dr.Aradhana discuss Dr. Vikas Kohli visiting Pediatrics Fetal Heart Specialist in EMC hospital before you make up your mind about conceiving a baby take advice from Dr. Kohli, we did the same in 2017 everything was going on. So finally we met the miracle man who made us wonderful and proud, parents. He diagnosed the problem and start his treatment side-by-side the team of three well-qualified doctor's all gave the green signal. We try and l conceived healthy baby.
In May, l conceived a healthy baby with the efforts, prayers and blessings of doctor's So God finally made us parents of a wonderful baby.
But during this entire treatment, Dr.Kohli was constantly in touch with us all the important monitoring of the baby in the mother's womb. Her heart beats her growth.
In July 2018 we flew from Amritsar to Canada. But this Great Man was constantly in touch with us. So after 7 months, my baby was born in November. As everyone knows medical facilities here in Canada are excellent.
But again we thank Dr. Kohli made an appointment with Dr. Rinni Soni to get checked by her that everything goes normal. My Gynaecologist in Canada Dr. Carol did a great job who delivers my healthy baby by C-section without any complications.
After my delivery, we keep in touch with Dr. Kohli and we are so happy thankful to dr. Kohli made us parents and a blessed family.
We don't have words when we are sharing the experiences with Dr. Kohli in India and experience in Canada Dr. Carol. He is the man who made everything possible.
So, we are a happy family. Millions of thanks to such a great knowledgeable and experienced heart paediatrician in India. Still, we are listening to him on YouTube. The way he spreads his knowledge is through social media.
We are doing great in Canada leading a very good life. We both are working but we make sure one of us is always with her.

MIRACLE BABY
JOURNEY OF Dr. SHWETA AND HER MIRACLE BABY RAAGHAV
Finally! I am trying to express the feeling of gratitude towards Delhi Child heart centre and Dr. Vikas Kohli in words. I am Dr. Shweta Singh. I am a scientist and I work towards the discovery of Novel Medicinal Compounds.
It was the summer of 2016. Somewhere around the first week of June. By then I was 8 months pregnant when I was referred to Dr. Kohli by Dr. Anita Kaul of Delhi Apollo hospital.
As in the 8th month, it was detected that the Fetus had a Complete Heart Block. Dr. Kohli started his medication and medical reports showed us a ray of hope towards healthy baby birth.
However, Suddenly everything appeared to fall apart just a day before the planned delivery. The entire procedure was planned by various teams of doctors at Apollo Delhi with all equipped medical facilities but the superpower has decided something different. I lost my baby.
Thus, The first consultation couldn't be more disappointing than this. Wait! this was not the end. Every cloud has a silver lining and everything happens for a reason.
For, almost 4 years I kept on thinking about what had gone wrong? Was it a medical failure or a day delay in the availability of Dr. Kohli? Anyway, Accepted the loss as my fate and tried to move ahead in life.
Here, I was in 2020. second time pregnant. But by this time corona has been declared a pandemic. I was in Anand Gujarat and needed the medical advice of doctors who knew my medical history and complications. At this advanced stage of globalization, we all have witnessed how corona had challenged humanity in the harshest ways. Hopefully, in 2016 Universe was just preparing me for the best gift of life in the most unexpected situations.
At this time, I just wanted everything to fall in place very reluctantly I reopened my old medical history and contact details of the Delhi child heart centre. Sent a Whatsapp message to Dr. Kohli about my condition and asked for advising a good Neonatal Heart Cardiologist in and around my location.
It was really surprising! My case was all registered in his memory he was sorry for my loss and encouraged me with positive vibes. There onwards almost every single day I was under his guidance and medication every day he monitored the fetal heart rate, enquired about my medications. Thankfully, All my Doctors at Anand Gujarat Knew Dr. Kohli and were very respectful towards him.
Also, the first instance had made me believe that medical facility is just the moneymaking business but this time Dr. Kohli broke that bias completely and took care of my case on hardly any remuneration.
Step by step I moved ahead even so as per medical reports, this time my SLE (probable reason for Fetal Heart Block) was twice more flared than the first pregnancy. Yet, we are blessed with a very healthy and high-spirited baby boy. Nothing can compensate for the loss of a baby but then I believe, I found the bundle of joy just wrapped in a new package.
